These terms govern your use of ConversionCRM (the "Service"). By creating a workspace, you agree to them.
ConversionCRM provides behavior tracking, engagement scoring, lifecycle staging, and automated/manual email for your product's users. The Service is currently in beta — see the Beta Notice for what that means in practice.
We may suspend workspaces that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
You own your data — account data and the end-user data you collect. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on it (processing, storage, delivery). Handling details are in the Privacy Policy.
We own the Service, including the widget code, scoring models, and email infrastructure. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your account is in good standing.
The Service is free during beta. Future pricing is described in the Payment Policy; we will never start charging an existing workspace without clear advance notice and your action.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uptime, accuracy of scores, or email deliverability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (during the free beta: $0). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from emails sent, not sent, or misdirected.
You can stop using the Service and request workspace deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections 4–7 survive termination.
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to workspace owners. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: support@conversioncrm.co.
